Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the exact condition you received it – unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return approval
If we approve your return, we will email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please examine your order when it arrives. If the product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and make it right.


Non‑returnable items

The following cannot be returned: perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.

Please note: sale items and gift cards are also non‑returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return what you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.


EU 14‑day cooling‑off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. The same return conditions apply: the item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.
